Frequently Asked Questions
How do I connect to wireless internet?
There are two networks available in the library: eduroam and grizzlyguest. Eduroam is for current student, staff, and faculty at the University of Montana or other participating Eduroam institutions. UM students etc. can connect to the eduroam network using their "firstname.lastname@example.org" as the username.
Grizzlyguest is the public Wi-Fi option, and is available to anyone! All you need is an email address to gain access.
What is my NetID?
Your NetID is what you use to access UM services and applications. For more information please see here: https://www.umt.edu/it/services/accounts/netid.php and for help with any NetID issues, feel free to stop by the tech desk and we can point you in the right direction.

Tech support circulates a few different video cameras. Unfortunately, we don’t have any digital cameras for circulation, but we do offer a GoPro, Snapchat Spectacles and Ski goggles with a built in camera. All of these items come with various accessories and circulate for 3 days.
