Mansfield Library 

The Library lost and found is located at the Information Center Checkout desk. Please come to the desk or call 243-4071 if you believe you lost something in the Library.  

If a lost item has the owner’s personally-identifying information on it, the Mansfield Library will try to contact the owner. If the Library can successfully contact the owner, the Library will hold onto the item until the owner can collect it. If the Library is unable to contact the owner successfully, personally identifiable items will be held for 7 days before they are sent to UMPD (243-6131). 

Non-personally identifiable Items remain in the Library lost and found for a semester.  

Payne Family Library at Missoula College  

For lost items at the Payne Family Library:  If the item has any personally identifying information on it, the library will try to contact the owner. If the library can successfully contact the owner, the library will hold onto the item until the owner can collect it.  If the library cannot contact the owner or the item is not personally identifiable, the library will hold the item for 1-2 hours and then take the item to the second floor cashiers window room 215.
