Image Reproduction Information

Ordering reproductions of photographs:

The K. Ross Toole Archives provides reproductions of materials from our collections, including photographs featured in our Digital Photo Project database, for personal use, study, or classroom use. Reproductions will not have the Mansfield Library watermark visible in the images viewed online.

Reproduction fees are based on format and size:

Slide = $5
Scan = $6
Digital black/white and color prints - 4 x 5 = $8, 5 x 7 = $10, 8 x 10 = $12, 11 x 14 = $18, 16 x 20 = $25
custom b/w printing available
Sepia tone (per print) = $12

Rush fee (needed in less than 5 working days) 50% of order total
Super rush (needed in less than 48 hours) 100% of order total

Panoramas and some images larger than 16 x 20 will be printed digitally with cost dependent on size.

Securing permission to use or publish images:

The K. Ross Toole Archives and Special Collections encourages use of our materials in publications, exhibits, video and other formats and venues. However, we do require that a Permission to Use form be signed and returned to us before we will grant permisson.
