September 7th, 7:00 p.m., University Theatre-- Albert Borgmann, Regents Professor of Philosophy at UM, will present a public lecture on "The Lessons of Inuit Wayfinding" at Honors Convocation, to be followed by a dessert reception. This is the grand fall-semester welcoming celebration for the Davidson Honors College. All UM students, faculty, alumni, and friends are cordially invited to attend. This event is free and open to the public.
September 26th, 7:00 p.m., UC Theatre--“Alaska, Great Land of
Change: Some Geographic
and Historic Context for
Ordinary Wolves,” presented by Dr. Anna Klene, Geography.
October 3rd, 7:00 p.m., University Theatre--Seth Kantner, the author of Ordinary Wolves, will speak about his book and experiences.
October 19th, 7:00 p.m., Urey Lecture Hall--“Wolves in Montana: Separating Fact from Fiction,” presented by Dr. Dan Pletscher, Wildlife Biology.
