The map images included in this online collection were selected from the Regional and Historic Maps collection located in Archives & Special Collections on the 4th floor of the Mansfield Library. The maps chosen for digitization primarily represent northwestern Montana, with emphasis on Missoula and surrounding cities during the late 19th and early 20th century. Historic state maps and regional natural resources maps are also included.
The maps are displayed using ContentDM. Bibliographic is information included with each map. This site is a work in progess and maps from the Mansfield Library collection that fit within the scope of this project will be scanned and added in the future.
