There are a number of resources you can use to find the materials in Archives & Special Collections. If you have difficulty finding something, please contact us. Mansfield Library Catalog: The library catalog includes information about all our books and most of our manuscript collections and oral histories. You can use the “Set Limits” button to limit your search to Special Collections materials to find books housed in this department. Northwest Digital Archives: NWDA is an online database of guides to archival collections throughout the Pacific Northwest including over 450 guides to collections in the Mansfield Library's Archives & Special Collections. Use the advanced search to limit your search to material at the Mansfield Library. Visit the NWDA help pages or our Using NWDA instruction sheet for more information about using the database to find our materials. Online Photo Database: View selected images from our extensive photograph collection. The number of photos available online is continually growing, but it represents only a small portion of our total photo collection. A card catalog and binders of photocopies located outside the Archives and Special Collections area provide access to many of the photographs not available online. Pamphlet & Ephemera Finding Aids: Our ephemera collection includes thousands of pamphlets, posters, broadsides, and other ephemeral materials. The online finding aids list individual categories of material, but they do not typically list individual items. For more help, contact Archives & Special Collections.
