Archives & Special Collections accepts research requests by telephone, mail, and electronic mail, as well as from patrons who visit us in person. The department has a small staff and we typically can only perform 30-45 minutes of research per request. Requests are serviced in the order in which they are received; the vast majority of our requests are answered in one to two business days. We do try to service rush requests as best we can.
