Acquisitions Services - Purchasing Team

The Purchasing Team is one of three teams in Acquisitions Services, which is itself one section of the Bibliographic Management Services unit of The University Montana, Mansfield Library. The team can be found in room MLIB321 on the third floor of the Mansfield Library.

Purchasing Services: Assist in the set up and maintenance of subject related approval plans Acquire library materials (via firm orders, gifts, subscriptions, depository programs, etc.) Tracking & claiming of ordered materials Provide rush items handling
